It’s shaping up to be one of the best weeks ever at The Star. Some great music on offer plus the start of The World Cup. We haven’t been this excited since we heard Rolando play Knights Of The Jaguar 3 times in one night..….
So where do we start??
A Night With Hyponik is here on Thursday with DJs Mosca and Unknown Soulja. We open until 2am and it’s free to get in, and there’ll be the odd drink special. Friday, its here, the World Cup. Tell your boss you’re feeling ill and meet us down here at 3pm for the first game then stay for the second game, the kick on afterwards with DJs The Pushamann, A.Child and Fletch.
As always on Friday it’s free all night. Saturday is more World Cup action including England v USA at 7:30. Please be advised we will be quite busy for this so please come down nice and early to secure the best vantage point. Afterwards stay back and celebrate/commiserate with the boys from Wax’d as they play the finest cuts of house and techno from Chicago and Detroit. World Cup at The Star: The big tournament is upon us! We’ll be showing all of England’s warm up games plus every game of the World Cup commencing on June the 11th. Our private screening room is available to hire for up to 10 people for £100/game for any match. This includes 10 free bottles of beer and 3 half time pizzas.
