Lorra lorra bits and pieces going on down the Green this week. As well as the ace staples of 2 for 1 pizzas ce soir and Yourpubquiz tomorrow night we´ve got Beat the Clock on Wednesday. What does that mean I hear you ask? Well pretty much what it says on the tin. Basically we´ve got Wednesday night food all wrapped up… and the earlier you get there, the less you pay. So if you arrive at 5pm, you pay a fiver… if you arrive and 6, you pay 6 quid… and so on… get the gist?! Can´t say fairer than that now can you?
Friday brings back round again the excellent Karaoke Cokey. “Bored of your average dance / disco night? No, neither are we but we still jumped at the chance of the start of a new Karaoke night, ‘Karaoke Cokey’! With resident DJ´s Dani Moore from legendary band Crazy P and Simon Morell as always getting deep down and dirty, this time with a mic in his hand, this night has fun written all over it!

The Star of Bethnal Green Needs You!!
We are looking for a promoter / group of DJ´s to take on Sunday night at The Star (monthly or weekly) from 8pm till midnight.
Sunday´s not about banging techno or dustep down the Star. Think your more 80´s, guilty pleasures pop, funk, soul, disco anything goes. Easy listening, good times aural pleasure for a Sunday evening after a hard weekend!
We serve roasts till 10pm, so it´s an ideal time for people to come down, grab a late roast and have a little boogie.
We won´t be charging on the door, so you will get a split of the bar – the better the night, the more you earn!
