I really like this, it’s a bouncing electro rave good times slag and leaps all over the place- one minute it’s a flurry of rattling pirate ship drums and rave mask melodies, then the rollercoaster drops into some 21st century Dutch invasion bleeps and big gay throaty euro vocals. It sounds like it’s being played by a 15 piece band made up of dexterous trannies called Simone and Juan who rock for Jesus, lycra and legal highs. The other track on the EP, ‘Squeek’ is the annoying sound someone makes when they squeeze the air out of a balloon really slowly, plus some drums and epic builds. Listened to at home its making my fingernails hurt, but it’s probably monstrously great after a few Jeff Mills. Well in.
